2012 Yearly Golf Fantasy Draft Entry Form

PGA Stroke Play Tournaments only

Note...This draft is open only to persons with a United States mailing address.

The 2012 Yearly Golf fantasy draft is NOW OPEN for entries thru midnight PST, Wednesday, February 1st, 2012.
Any entries submitted after midnight February 1st WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

$2,500 grand prize for the contestant with the most points for the year.
In addition the following prizes are provided:

2nd place - $1,000
3rd place - $600
4th place - $500
5th place - $400
6th - 10th place - $100
11th - 20th place - $50 Gift Certificate each.

The tie breaker for prizes: Most points group 1, group 2 and so on.

Mid season prizes for the contestant with the most points thru May.

1st place - $500
2nd place - $200
3rd - 5th place - $100

Points awarded by position of finish for player in each stroke play PGA Tournament
beginning February 3rd with the Phoenix thru The Tour championship which
finishes on September 25th.
(stroke play tournaments only)
Note: Match Play tournaments will not be included in this fantasy draft.

1st; 75pts
2nd; 60pts
3rd; 50pts
4th; 45pts
5th; 40pts
6th; 35pts
7th; 30pts
8th; 25pts
9th; 23pts
10th; 20pts
11th-15th; 18pts
16th-20th; 15pts
21st-30th; 10pts
31st-40th; 7pts
41st thru all that made the cut; 5pts

Ties for player position points: 1) Lowest 4th round 2) Lowest 3rd round 3) Lowest 2nd round 4) Lowest 4th round.
Tiebreakers make it so only 1 player will finish in each position in each tournament.

The points are doubled for the 4 majors:

The Masters, The US OPEN, The British Open, The PGA Championship.

Points awarded twice for 3 Annual Championships;

Points are award based on standings at after May 28th and after September 23rd for the:
1st Entry Only Annual championship, the Golf Annual Championship, and The All Drafts Annual Championship.

Updates

Web site updates will be posted each Tuesday after each tournament.
Updates will be mailed to all contestants after the end of May and after the end of September.

Form Instructions

Multiple Entries

If you submit the multiple entries, each is acknowledged with a message. Addional entries are made by making the desired changes to player selections and resubmitting.

Previous Contestants

If you know your contestant ID from a previous report, enter it in the ID boxes.

If you have a change of address, please check the change of address box and enter the new address information. In this instance your contestant ID number would be helpful.

Email Address

The Email address is optional. However, if you provide an Email address we will use it to acknowledge receipt of your entry and your payment. We may also use it to inform you of any future contests. You will always get our regular mailing for this contest via the US postal service.

Entry Errors

We do some immediate validation of the information on the submitted form. If we find a problem, a message will be presented defining the problem. If this occurs, you can then make any required changes in the form below the message validate and submit.

Entry Fee

Entries are $20 each.

If you are paying with a gift certificate, you must still enter the proper entry fee and then you MUST mail in the gift certificate.

We have a secure server. If you are using an SSL secure browser (MicroSoft's Internet Explorer, Firefox or Netscape's Navigator 2.0 and later) you can send us your credit card info via this entry form. If you are not using a secure browser, we do not encourage contestants to send credit card info via this entry form. We therefore provide several alternate methods of paying the entry fee. Please check the method you prefer. We can honor only VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards.

If you do not provide a credit number with your entry please include your ID number if you have one as it will help us associate your payment with your entry. We request that you pay for your entry within two days of submitting it. You will not be officially entered into the fantasy draft until we receive your credit card number, check or money order which must be received by February 9th.

When entering the February Golf Fantasy Draft you are automatically entered, at no additional entry fee, into 3 championships.

The Golf Annual Championship with $5,000 in Prizes.
The 1st Entry Only Annual Championship with $5,000 in Prizes. (the first entry you submit)
The 2012 All Drafts Annual Championship with $30,000 all in Cahs Prizes.
